TM Studios is a dedicated, passionate production company and creative content agency - representing a hub of creatives producing beautiful, engaging, innovative and authentic storytelling and content. We started 20 years ago as TobyMadden - a photojournalist and then film maker and editor. Today we are proud to create content for some of the world’s leading brands and most important charities, working with major INGOS producing short films for campaigns and documentaries in the charity and commercial sector.

Toby Madden - Creative Director
Toby began his career as a photojournalist for Ely Hoy national newspaper in Ecuador before joining the UK’s Independent newspaper as a staff photographer. In 2007, he became freelance to concentrate on film-making. He has extensive experience of working in extremely challenging environments.

Laura Gilmour - Producer/Director
Laura is an award-nominated producer and director with 15 years’ experience creating film and multimedia content for humanitarian, social and political campaigns worldwide. A trained journalist and writer, Laura has worked with politicians, CEOs and civil society groups in conflict contexts, with articles published in numerous international media outlets.

George's work as a Creative Lead has seen sustained, steep audience growth across healthcare and education, taking the Institute of Art and Ideas into the Youtube mainstream, and masterminding Maggie's 'Getting Started' into a fixed part of the NHS cancer pathway.
